sorry Fran..........well hubby came back ,veins still bursting from his head after having spoken to general manager .
When hubby had calmed a bit he then told me that he rattled off everything that had gone on, in the middle of the showroom (he refused to go into a side office:D ), with his hands for emphasis,(waving his arms about like a madman possessed:eek: ) finishing with them locking themselves out of the car and it being farcical............................and what (in his politest Glaswegian accent) were they gonna bleeding do about it.:D
So they managed to get into the car ,(the silly beggars had got the alarm circuit wet,and it had tripped the locks) they have promised to rectify the smoke problem by whatever means ,(so if they have to replace that part of the exhaust, they will, free of course) and return the car to us at home tomorrow afternoon.
If they don't do it .............I think the Glasgow/Gloucestershire clan wars may begin:rotfl:
me,I just haven't stopped laughing since they rang up and said they'delves out:D0 -
