I opened an email containing a link from a friend. It was a revolutionary diet thing so I closed it to look later.

I then used my laptop to open the link and it said it contains Malware.

Does this mean that my phone is now at risk - Samsung Galaxy S3.

What can I do, if anything?

Realistically No unless you saw it download something, its a different operating system than most pc virus; are written for, however you really should have Antiviris on your phone , think about what a phone does nowadays.... does more that your old PC and contains just as much sensitive data.

I use Avast , did use lookout for a long time, My girlfriend uses AVG Both of these are free on the play market

Thanks for your speedy reply. I will download Avast as I have used it on my laptop before. Thanks again.
