Later this month Mrs bob the Saver has a very cheap flight to the UK. :j after visiting Coventry she's going to visit relatives on the Isle of dogs. (Hers  not mine - obviously!).
Can anyone recommend a suitable International Sim card for roaming on there.
As she'll be there for over an hour she'll clearly need to update her Facepack page several times and keep in stay in touch with the whole damn covern. Can she buy one there or is it possible buy get one prior to arrival. Does she need to unblock her phone it is rather old - in fact she'll need a very long extension cable to use it there at all.
Thank you for your help, I could have used the search function but couldn't be ar*ed.

She's demanding commission already, the awesome power of MSE.
I think more men should send their wife to Coventry.

She thought of taking her own chicken to save money but wouldn't be able to
get the sharp knife through security.0 -

What about taking a Halal pre slaughtered chicken onto the flight and asking the hostesses to BBQ it inflight
maybe utilising the flaming engine style of cooking , recently introduced by BA on their Oslo route ? 0 -

I think Ryanair charge extra for that although i can't see it in the FAQ
flame grilled sounds good though.0 -
I think she'll need a quin-band phone for the Isle of Dogs, tri-band or quad band just won't do there, also they come with a macro-mini-micro sim, if she scrapes a sparkly bit off of her existing sim it may work.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

From what I can see lots of inoculations are needed, even some not needed anywhere else, plus of course rabies is compulsory for the Isle of Dogs.

I love the people who say "Oh we've booked for the Canaries this year"
I wonder how many know they really mean the Isle of Dogs?
The name Islas Canarias is likely derived from the Latin name Canariae Insulae, meaning "Island of the Dogs",
