I just claimed the first instalment as I wasn't too sure about arguing the case in law for claiming the lot back. (Still interested in this for future reference though if anyone has tried it or can put forward an argument!)
Hopefully they're smart enough to keep records of who sues them and will pay up on subsequent claims. If not I am fully prepared to sue them again for the subsequent instalments and let them incur the additional costs!0 -
I just had the thought that since they had effectively breached the contract that you might be able to recover the remainder early. I'd be interested to learn of anybody bringing a claim and suing for forward cashback claims where the first cashback claim has not be properly honoured.0
