Has orange ever explained why they have gone to phone calls and written communications only for issues.

There is no longer any email support or support via the web portal (apparently this is under review and has been since last year)

If you try and make a complaint via orange helpers they tell you to ring or write ,

When you ring to try to follow their documented complaints process they refuse to let you speak to a manager, and never arrange a call back from said manager, meaning you cant progress a complaint.

So much for modern communications.

Guys if you are thinking of taking a contract or payg deal with Orange the Phone(only) company, my recommendation is DON'T
