    I don't think that is too much to worry about.
    They had almost £30k of current assets, of which almost £5k was held in cash.
    They had just over £36k of liabilities

    Edit: The latest Annual Accounts submitted to Companies House for the year up to 31/10/2011 reported 'cash at bank' of £14,410, 'liabilities' worth £44,454, 'net worth' of £-4,584 and 'assets' worth £38,410.

    I don't really have much of a clue when it comes to financial lingo but that doesn't look too good to me.

    So if the date it shows on your account is 22 May, then to give 15 clear days.
    Give you bank a ring on 07 June. Ask for the disputes department and get it sorted.
    As I said this does not require paperwork after the 15 days (visa regs)
    refund should be in your account after a couple of days and the retailer has 45 days to contest. They have to prove delivery.

    Do not worry if they do go bust, as any money comes from their merchant bank :D
