Monarch are paying up !

We had a 6 hour delay going to Teneife in August 2011. There were 4 of us and I heard yesterday that Monarch are going to pay us 1600 euros (400 each).
I sent first letter on 23rd March, they sent forms back, which I returned on 2nd May so not too bad a turnaround.
I did not have any printed documentation like boarding passes but I had did have the credit card statement showing the transaction paying for the flights. You can get backdated statements from your credit card company if you need to.
If you have been delayed go for it !
