Bought an extended warranty for our dishwasher. Which ended on the 4th may

Had to call them out 3 times prior to this the last day being Easter Monday.

The machines being written off and they are going to supply a new one. However they are saying the decision to write off was made after the 4th of May and that I need to pay for another years warranty. Surely this is wrong as the problems happened while under warranty?
I know it is sorted, Just to say that IMO, the date of the decision is irrelevant here. What is relevant is the date of the facts on which the decision to write off is based - ie Easter Monday.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
