Debt collectors

I received a parking fine from excel for parking without a valid ticket in the Peel Centre Stockport in February. I have ignored all requests for money and today I've received a letter from Roxburghe debt collectors. Just wondering if the advice is to ignore all requests from them. Will refusing to pay result in being blacklisted for credit?

    Do you have a signed credit agreement with this firm ?
    If not what debt are they collecting ?
    How can you owe them money for a debt that does not exist.
    They are chancers, scammers, liars and cheats.
    You do not owe them a single penny.
    Be happy...;)

    No you're right. I didn't agree to repay any money. I've just never had any kind of debt before so am unsure how it all works. Thanks for your reply.

    Your course is now set and you have only two options, pay or don't . I don't recommend you to fund this scam obviously as they don't deserve your money. But it is on the minute chance that they could do a small claim.

    Roxburghe / Graham White are the toothless wonders of this scam, they can be ignored completely, and they are the same company. They will demand £207.25p exactly next, the reason why I know this is because its well documented.

    If you do get a small claim, please come back to us for help, but as I said its very unlikely.

    You could be kind to them and pay them in full with monopoly money or the toy money from the early learning centre ((-;
    PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:

    Hello,
    I received a parking invoice today from 'Parking Eye' I didn't actually park within the car park just drove to the top of the multi-storey to make a phone call.. a costly one at that. What should I do any advice would be extremely appreciated.

    I would like to reply but would this then make me liable to pay due to acknowledging the invoice?

    Could you please start your own thread, instead of hijacking this one.

    I made an appeal (I was convinced I'd bought a ticket at first) which was turned down. All advice offered to me was to ignore all demands which so far I have been doing.

    I understand that, but parking eye have changed what they are doing, so we must adapt to that change. To put it into context for you, about 300k people a year don't pay them. There is no way on earth they can chase all of them with a claim.
