T-mobil had phone in for repair on 30/4/2013 at local shop
who sent it to the repair Centre on 2/5/2013 repair centre got it on 8/5/2013 sent back to exeter store on the 14/5/2013 but was sent to wigan store. wigan sent it to exeter on 20/5/2013 exeter signed for it on 21/5/2013.
but exeter can not find it. I have been told that a replacement phone would be sent out to arrive and my house by saturday but did not come. have now been told will have to wait for them to find the phone before that will do anything. lost of promises but do not deliver. so all i can say that they LIE

T-Mobile UK Our customer connect team via 150 or 0845 412 5000 can liaise with the stores and repair company and help you further with this one. Sorry for the hassles

Tom Bower have been there phone them for a total of over 8 hours and have been told that they need to find the phone before they can do any thing. not good as a manager did say that he will send me a phone but did not. spoke to another manager he told me that he will get the first manager to phone me to day NO PHONE CALL

T-Mobile UK It's not something we can arrange or authorise via facebook, we would urge you to try once more and ask for the customer connect team as this type of issue falls within their remit and would be best place to advise on what we can do to rectify this.

I phoned t-mobile and asked for a manager and was promised a call back. I as for them to call me back on phone number 2 and not the number in question say number 1.
so they phone on number 1 and can not get hold of me and then text me on number 2 to say they have tried. so i phone them and ask for them to call me on number 2 and guess what that phone me on yet a different number we will call this one number 3 and as they can not get hold of me they text me to say they tried to call but the text was on number 2 Can they not understand they can only get hold of me on number 2 the phone I am calling them on
