Had parking ticket from Liverpool Airport, i ignored it ,and have now received a letter from a Roxburge Dept Collectors, has anyone had the same, should i ignore this?

Yes, ignore. Then do a search here (and on pepipoo.com) for Liverpool Airport PCN, and read (some of) the hundreds of threads about it.0

Obviously if they ever issued an actual speculative small claim by VCS you would never ignore that (and would just need to post here for advice on a winning defence). But that's highly unlikely, seeing as last time VCS tried a one-off small claim they got their fingers burnt and a telling off from a judge! As shown under VCS on that 'letter chains' thread, the Ibbotson case.
