Problem of the week!
My laptop keeps on telling me it has an ip address conflict with another computer on my network and its driving me mad trying to sort it out!!! Any suggestions PM me please!0 -
http://www.fasthosts.co.uk/ are good too, also if you sign up under Mutual Points, you can get 20 pounds cashback, they cost from 2.95 so your cashback could last you 6-7 months.0

Depends on the TLD. For .uk domains, 123reg. However, for .com/.nets etc, most UK registrars charge way too much.
I use dynadot.com for .com/.nets. They're quite cheap, and have multiple payment options.0 -

Just to point out that fasthosts and ukreg are the same company. Since ukreg are the domain registration arm of the fasthosts group and OP was only asking for domain names that's why I said UKreg. So this is essentially a seconding of my suggestion earlier."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Which one would be best? I just want to register a Domain Name and nothing else.
Many Thanks
Surely you will want to use the domain name for your web site? Or are you hoping to sell it on for a profit?
123reg is ggood as it is you who inputs the domain name server, so you can point it at any web space you own.0 -
