A careful search of the Ryanair site reveals some phone numbers, try it and you will find them
Hint, start by clicking on "Contact Us" at the top of the home page0 -
You CAN phone Ryanair. I've phoned them a few times. Just go into CONTACT US and it's there somewhere.0

I'm not sure what you mean from your post but with BA for example the ticket just prints out with no hyphen & the two names just run next to each other with no space. Is this what you mean or do you mean you only typed in 1 name?0

Most travel technology is not able to cope with symbols, just leave the hyphen out.0

Booking systems use a lot of symbols.
A symbol used in a name is a forward slash to separate first and last names, brackets can be used to indicate a child or infant (CHD) (INF)
No spaces are allowed and each airline varies the maximum number of characters allowed in a name filed.0 -
I would have just replaced the hyphen with a space or put both names together, I doubt that would have been much of an issue. I doubt what you have done will be a huge issue either. Just as long as the passport doesn't say "Wakowski" and the ticket" "Johnson" or something, I think you should be OK.0
