How presumptious!
I never said I had changed my mind.
I was unhappy with the colour rendering - whites were very "creamy". However, the assistant didn't wait to hear that before (initially) saying he couldn't take it back.
To be fair, you didn't say that in your post ... on reading your post it infers this was a change of mind return.0
