    Hi,

Please answer the following questions to clarify the problem you are experiencing.

    1. Where did you purchase the phone from?
    2. Is it network branded/locked? if so which network?
    3. Does it just freeze at 'Please wait' even if you turn it off/back on again?
    4. Have you tried plugging the phone up to a computer via the USB cable?

These questions will help identify and provide a possible solution to your problem.

it sounds like the phone needs a reflash (software reload), as the finalization has not completed or the phone is having problems configuring the software.

on a w810i, it took about a min or 2 to power up after reflashing as the phone configures the new firmware ready for use

    1. CPW
    2. Unlocked fully; not branded to any network
    3. Yes
    4. Yes; doesn't do anything. Message remains on.

try removing the battery for 10 mins or so and try again.

if it still doesn't work, it should be fixed with a reflash (software reload)
