It doesn't matter that you meet all the criteria it's done at random and not everyone that meets the criteria will be selected I just had it out with them on the phone as a friend of mine has been given the earliest slot although she doesn't meet all the criteria and I do

so annoying, i havent got one either. I buy everything from them and totally meet criteria. I always used to get them, dont know whats changed and buying for 3 boys is so expensive i really need this

I don't mind getting up and going to the store, but the directory have all the designer bits (hunters, converse etc) which I love to get for my children. Feeling sad now!!!

They like to make you think that everyone that meets the criteria gets one shame it's not the case. I told them straight the only reason I pay )4 for their catalogue it for my vip slot it's a con coz I bet alot of people would pay for the catalogue if it wasn't part of vip criteria

oh i cant go to the store as always work mornings, plus its so much nicer to have a look at the listings before you order, instead of just grabbing in a frenzy at the store! oh well, shame is i only buy the childrens clothes from here, now even if i wanted to pay full price nothing will be available
