Phonebox Direct Confirmation Email?

Hi guys

Has anyone who as ordered from pbd had an email when they ordered a phone?
I ordered mine about 24 hours ago and haven't had any emails confirming order or sending the claim form.

My brother ordered from Cool New mobile and he got a email straight away, so i'd like to know if any one here has received one, so i know if i need to email them for the form.

You should have had an email off them instantaneously - along with the order reference number.

If there were any problems with the order, then another email explaining that.

Cant think of any explanation other than Bank Holiday???

thanks for the reply, ive emailed them so will see what they say

also i saw someone post in a thread about cashback vouchers that they also didnt receive any emails, so may be something at their end.

The email contains the link to to the Cashback Claim Forms. I can post the link to that form should you not have any joy from PBD

Also my contract is on vodafone, do i need to call them and ask for paper bills or do they automatically do this?
