If I make no sense, and what I say makes no sense, then that makes total sense."
  • Nothing of the sort my money saving friends.

For you and I have never met electronically or otherwise.

Your formidable posts sortofok are of such unmatched comparison that I wither at the thought of criticism or even a challenge.

I have enjoyed reading yours and similar posts (mr.broderick) so much so that I registered today.

Even though based your postings I should be bankrupt in a year, I love your style.
:confused:Be brave, even if your not. people can't tell the difference.

Don't worry about not having enough money. Limited funds encourages creative thinking on a grand scale.

Is this a voluntary code or statutory for all EAs to do this? In our experience during the past few months the majority have not complied.
Has anyone else found the same?
Even if they do confirm our offer in writing, how do we know if they have also copied this to the vendor?

I only ever get them when my offer has been accepted.

I have received tham as a vendor when I've turned down offers, but I think that is only one agent tbh.

If they are scrupulous enough to send you the 'notification of offer' they will send it to the vendor too.
