Help needed EE broadband

Hi my situation is that I let them a moth before moving home and they said my fibre broadband would be installed for my moving date when I plugged everything in no Internet rang them up they said they would get back to me in a hour after a hour no all rang them back the person had gone on there break. After they explained the situation they needed to book a engineer to come a week later still nothing no call no date then rang them up they said Bt systems are down will take a week to go thought rang up after a week the systems are still down and will be another week and same again today now it will be Tuesday how can I cancell this without paying ect it has now been nearly a month since I moved in and 2 months since I notified them
