Ordered a mobile 'phone from these prats about 5 days ago, needed it for a present for Bank Hol Monday, so today was last delivery date.

Anyways, I 'phoned the shytehawks this morning and they told me that according to their computer the order had been cancelled!!!

I asked why it had been cancelled and why they hadn't let me know and the girl on the customer service line said,

"I don't know why it was cancelled nor why we didn't tell you"

... what a pathetic service.

So, consider avoiding these clowns if buying a mobile 'phone.

Have now got to go into town to buy one last minute ... not a pretty journey.

Similar story here, ordered a Nokia 2652 a few weeks ago and I have not received the phone or details of the order being cancelled.
