Babyshoes, Smiked ham hock, delicious. Have you tried slow cooking it with tomatoes and onions, I cook mine until the meat falls off the bone and serve it on toast for a supper of an evening, or if I feel really way out, for breakfast with a poached egg on the side.

I am one of those cooks if I have a glut of tomatoes, I preserve smoked ham hock meat, and the tomatoes and onions and have to hand for winters evening, add diced potaoes to the lot and serve it as thick soup.

The home made ginger beer is just the thing for this weather.

Elderberry Champagne, well this sounds so different. i can see myself with The Hobbit sitting out on a summer's evening sipping this outchilled flutes.. Life can be so good.
