Just a question about rounding down and paying, do you pay on that day by faster payments straight to the card (even though it's a small amount)?

    Hello :)

I pay a small amount every day straight to the card. If I were to allocate it to pay a larger sum later it would just be spent on something else...

My credit card provider will start to wonder what the blooming hell I'm doing! But hey-ho, it works for me! :rotfl:

I pay a small amount every day. I love getting the statement and seeing these small amounts coming off :D. In my mind, its someones job to input the payments and they see mine and roll their eyes.

    £25.00
    for me please Maz.

I bet they wouldn't complain if we were SPENDING that each day would they?

This is possibly the best thing I have done to tackle my debts since having my LBM, it keeps me super focused on my debt free date.

Ok, after being inspired by you guys, I have done my first ever PAD - £3.02 off my CC!

Thanks guys :) Not sure I can do it daily, but will try and do as often as I can!

Having a few days off the PADding - only because overdraft is maxed out - dont need to spend anything so thats OK - however have transferred my ridiculous expensive overdraft onto a 0% deal for 12 months - even with transfer fees I will be saving money - plan is to PAD that card relentlessly over next 12 months to hammer down the over draft then when deal is finished I will pay much reduced amount from current account - I have a rolling overdraft which is just paid each month when salary goes in - havent really attacked overdraft before but as it has been costing me between £45-£50 every month I thought that was money that was best put to paying other CC's - any way thats the plan fingers crossed it works out :) Will make me work super hard at keeping to a budget too as I do not want to creep into my overdraft for 12 months!

I have some loose change rubble mounting up so If I get to a bank tomorrow I will pay it in against a CC and claim it a PAD - but the weather here has been fab so I may well only get as far as the beach!
