I really need to be in this challenge again. My stash is getting a bit silly again. I seem to go through stages/obsessions, I got over my shower gel fad but now it's make up. I mean, who needs 9 mascaras?!

May was my birthday month so I had some INs but I'm determined to get the stash down in June.

I'll do a list this evening and post then. I'll declare an IN now, I used the last of my MUA primer this morning so that will be replaced. All I have to do now is resist the 3for2 in Superdrug:o

Hello everyone. I've not been on for so long and I keep meaning to (also could do with a bit of reigning in on my spending recently...!)

Very quickly (and I really don't want to be seen as encouraging people) I know so many people love PCMC and I've just had a code through that I wanted to share.

    Use code: MUM5GSL55 for £5 off a 50ml pot.
    Use code: MUM10GSL500 for £10 off a 100ml pot.

It's from Mumsnet and the site to buy is gorgeousshop.co.uk (which I can recommend and they have free postage too - always a bonus!)

I hope this helps someone and I think I'm going to go back to page one and count myself in for the rest of this month - apart from an eyeliner!
Saving for our wedding July 2013!

    Afternoon ladies.

No UU yet for me this month. Think it is going to be a slow month as had lots of UU last month.

Couple of questions though which I hope you don't mind me asking:

I ordered some beauty items from Debenhams over the weekend with the 10% off. Had an email yesterday morning to say it has all been dispatched. Who do they usually use to deliver? I asked on another forum and people said they have had stuff delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes? I am assuming mine is going to come via Royal Mail as they haven't sent me a tracking link. Had hoped it would arrive today but is looking unlikely.

Also, has anyone tried to Diorskin nude BB cream or the Clinique CC cream? I had had enough of all the hype around BB creams but have read reviews on some blogs recently raving about these. Wondering whether I should give them a try.

1 IN for me - 15ml Elemis Illuminating Flash Balm. Red magazine was only £2 in T*sco, so treated myself. Inexpensive way of trying it.
    me too:):):):):)

3 UUs to report - Clinique Redness solutions Daily Relief Cream - WBA as it feels lovely on the skin and is effective.

Dove Roll on deodorant - WBA as it's effective but not overpowering. Am currently using a new one of this and the Nivea deo which I like too.

L'Occitane Verbena Shower gel (travel size) - I love the scent of verbena so would buy this again if I can get it at the right price!

  • I'd really like to join this challenge! I spent the last hour reading the previous threads and it sounds like a very encouraging thread to be on.
I need to decrease my stash as I had to bin a lot of makeup previously (what a waste of money). My goal is to get my stash to a normal size and only repurchase the most loved products.

ive had the Dior one, TBH i wasnt impressed. there isnt a brilliant shade selection and the lightest one was still too dark for me. plus it seemed to just be a watered down version of the foundation that i have from them which i love as it is!

    Welcome greenorchids!

I have a couple more small UUs:

    4. REN neroli and grapefruit body wash 50ml - WNBA, nice enough but nothing amazing

    5. S&G righteous butter 50ml - WBA, very moisturising and absorbs easily with no stickiness

Still not been able to find Red in Tesco - probably just as well, it's not like I *need* more face products!

Sorry to hear you had to bin unused things but you've given me a push to check through my make-up bag too as I'm sure there is old stuff in there that needs chucking out!
