Welcome GreenorchidsJust remembered I have ebay sales
18 items out - I sold a brand new perfume and eye cream and the other 16 items were used makeup. I wouldn't fancy buying used makeup but there is a market for it if anyone has stuff they no longer want. I sold a mixed lot of foundation, BB cream, and eyeshadows, the eyeshadows had only either been swatched or used a couple of times and the foundations just used once or twice. I got £25 or thereabouts from all 18 items.
I've not heard of the term Swatched before - can you tell me what this means?
Thanks!Always be yourself, unless you can be a Unicorn - then always be a Unicorn !

You know when you get a new eyeshadow and you rub your finger in it then rub it on the back of your hand to check out the colour?

Welcome GreenOrchids.
UU
Sparkling pencil shaped bath & shower gel - only 2 more of these to go I hope DD gets no more next Xmas as these are awful.
Original Source pink grapefruit shower gel - hoped this would be a cheap alternative to TBS one but although OK its not a patch on TBS and the fragrance didnt last. Have one more in my stash but WNBA.
Revlon lip butter berry smoothie - I dont think ive ever used a lipstick up in my life so WooHoo. WNBA I loved the colour but it didnt last long and needed to be reapplied frequently. I rarely get time to do this at work.No more buying toiletries0 -
As promised I've started my list. So far I've done basic bath and body type stuff. Hand, feet and face to follow, plus makeup and nail polish:eek:
I was relieved to find that Superdrug's 3for2 on makeup is finished so I just got my primer. I went in the £ shop and got 2 deodorants (needed for home and bag) and a packet of heel softening patches with tea tree oil and peppermint. They are on my poor feet as I type, they're better quality than I'd expected for £1, like very robust and very sticky plasters with a large pa impregnated with aforementioned goodness. I'm supposed to leave them on overnight so I'll decide then if they're a Buy Again item or if they're just cheap carp!! My feet need some serious attention, the flip-flop weather has taken them somewhat by surprise!

Back from my first trip (Japan, amazing country if anyone gets the chance), no INs but a few UUs:
Beauticology vanilla frosting, pleasant enough
Beauticology choc shower gel, smelt nice, rubbish bottle
Beekind travel size conditioner, smelt lovely
Off on an Easyjet flight tomorrow so that will be more minis UU. Will need to buy shampoo and conditioner this month but look ok for everything else, only have a small shower gel and moisturiser stash at the moment and that was purposfull because of the bargain offers and asking for pressies:money:Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
seasideDreamer, lucky you - I loved Japan when I went! Whereabouts did you go?
Back OT, I have a teeny UU:
6. No7 P&P intense serum, 5ml - probably WNBA, have used before and quite liked but this time I found it a bit heavy on my skin, didn't like the residue it seemed to leave behind and it even made me have a (rare, for me) break-out on my forehead. And I didn't notice any improvement in my skin either, albeit only used for short time given the size! Have they changed the formula?MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
Welcome Greenorchids
Welcome back seasidedreamer
I have a uu
Skin Wisdom Day Spa bath & body oil - Rose Geranium, I love the scent but this wasn't a dry oil so could only be used at night and still felt too oily, I did use it in the bath as an oil too but felt no difference. This has been in the stash for a long while and I am glad to see the back of it.
I was going to Tesco last night so I had a look for the Red mag, there were three copies on the shelf and all had had the freebie stolen:mad:, I managed to find one by chance hiding behind some other mags so I have an in, I wouldn't have bought it had it been at the regular price but £2 for a mag is fine, £4 is not, not for me anyway.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

God, I love this thread! It makes me want to use up all my stuff!
Been on a roll the past couple of days, had about 4 UU.
Philosophy Hope in a Jar moisturiser - might BA if it was on offer. Not very keen on the smell.
Batiste Dry shampoo mini - WBA. Bought this for my New York trip in December and only just finished! Don't use very often as I prefer to just wash my hair - I worry about grey patches.
Perfume - WBA if I could find it. Worringly, it came from Miss Selfridge about 10 years ago or more. Still smelt amazing though. Think I rationed it because I loved it so much.
Body spray - WNBA. Smelt great, lovely and fresh, but the scent didn't last very long.
Busy decanting stuff into smaller bottles at the moment, as there's only 10 days to go until my holiday!0 -
I'm back
hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weather.
I'm away to catch up with the thread. Have an IN from Glamour of a lipliner, not sure when I'll use that.
Also another free IN - lipgloss from Boots, again not very impressed with it.
Have a couple of small Outs but will update later.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0
