Hi Jasmina,
I have no money left to pay for solicitors sadly.0 -
Go to Citz advice and Victim support you may be entitled to some assistance- some law centres will give you an hours free advice.
0 r legal aid. Don't give up- if you read the brumby v Octavia it took years but because Mr Brumby fought he won- it changed the stakes in this country. Go to your MP and local press- you may be surprised by the help you get- but ultimately it's you that has to fight. Not fair- but do the thing- have the power.0 -
going back to your original posting - you ask about suing - to do this you need legal advice - so go get it- there are ways of doing that on benefits or a limited budgets. Your MP will be able to help- point you- as will victim support. The local council should also have an ASB unit- who you can get advice with or may be come involved if the community police invite them on board. Have you asked about that? . Go for it- if all else fails - goto the national press- expose those who have let you down.0

Why do the police not bring actions against the parents for their criminal damage, etc? Have you asked them why not?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

What has it got to do with the builder not completing the house properly?
If I were you I would get some letting agents round and see if you can rent it.
In terms of email logs, dont email, write actual letters. Why not make an appointment to see the HA, if their tenants are harassing you that much then you can surely bug them a bit.0 -
Yes- re the posting in cuts - to legal aid- that is correct- but where there is a will there is a way.
There are ways around it - in particular after the case I refer to
It takes an enormous amount of fortitude and tenacity - but this case proves it can be done.
Also if the police are not acting appropriately re the perpetrators of ASB- go the Police Complaint Commission. I can assure you one recorded delivery complaint to them and the stakes will change massively in particular it seems with ASB cases?
You can also take criminal proceedings against the Council or HA if they don't take reasonable steps to abate ASB - in other words adopting it
It can be done - it's very hard work- in particular those who are not feeling the strongest for obvious reasons-
But it can be done0
