    Evict them.
And just pass the problem on to someone else.

    Is that fair?

Is it fair that they are allowed to damage my property and get away with it? Is it fair I have to go out to work 7 days a week, because I own my house and they get theirs for free?

Is it fair my partner, who hadn't had a day off work in 5 years now has depression and feels suicidal because of them?

Is it fair that they have already been evicted once for a similar offence and somehow slipped through the net of the social housing providers?

None of it is fair, but surely these are matters for the police. Just passing the grief onto someone else is not an overall solution.

Why not sell up and move?

As far as I am concerned people that cause hassle to neighbours on a daily basis do not deserve to be housed by any social housing authority.

If, as the OP states, drugs are involved I do wonder why SS have not been involved to safeguard the children especially after the amount of police visits.

Would be nice for the OP if they did though. Why should they get away with anti social behaviour? Evict them from SH and let them find somewhere else.

I feel for you OP. I have similar neighbours. Then dumb tried to help me out last week, I cut the grass, was going to do the edges at the weekend, he thought he'd help me out by strimming the edges. Killed about half a dozen baby fuschias. While I'm grateful...

When they are nice they are very nice. But when they are bad... they are awful, fights in the street, greenhouse getting pelted with stones, cars getting damaged, one even lifted one of my big bell pots and threw it at the other. Dog in garden. Communal paths filled with rubbish. Should hear the way they talk to their children too, it adds to child abuse imo.

Sorry OP, I have no advice for you, other than to keep complaining. Just wanted to empathise a bit

I am trying to sell up, it's easier said than done though. Besides, why should I move, when i cause no problem to anyone and just want to get on with a nice quiet life?
The police are involved. 118 visits in the last 12 months, they keep saying there is little they can do though with the children being very young.
Social services have been involved previously I believe, but i'm not sure what the recent in play state is with them.

I agree with you 100%, but sadly there is a law against putting people like this down, which would be the perfect solution.

    Your partner is very unwell.

This should be your main concern, make steps to address this.

Hi Richard, I am indeed trying to do this. I need to rent this house though, before we can afford to get one to rent of our own.

Isn't your partners health a bit more urgent than waiting to let this house?

Does the MP know anyone at the Social Landlord, could they rent the house?
