I don't think I'll stop using them fully as find them quick for adding points from replying to emails and their little surveys, as well as this Santa thingy, so over a year just by doing that you can earn a DVD or book, but I will certainly be moving my insurance purchases etc to sites like Quidco instead, at least there you can see them tracking and spot a problem more easily.
I've also noticed a lot of default messages on ipoints are being displayed in French now! I know they are part of French group maximiles but thought they'd keep the english site english.
I haven't done too badly from them the few years I've been a member and they are one of the few places who do points for Amazon, but their customer service and tracking has plummeted this year0 -
brilliant that they have voucers now for asda, argos, john lewis etc
it's a shame they don't do £10.00 marks and spencers vouchers though too as wellas the £30.00 ones.

There are lots of places that do Amazon vouchers now
Besides looking out for reviews sites (such as Qype and Bview) who often offer Amazon vouchers there is Just the Answer, Lightspeed, and Valued Opinions (amongst a few other that I forget and Toluna whom I wouldn't reccomend) They're all usually super fast on emailing them over too!
I wouldn't leave either- they do mess up sometimes or make you wait which is annoying- especially as I always build my points up til Christmas and then panic that rewards will arrive on time (such as last years Space Pen for my step dad which arrived three weeks after Christmas)
I do wish that there was better customer service though but ultimately we're getting something for free so it's not the same as complaining about something you've paid for.0 -
I can only think it is The Hut as well - perhaps it is not working yet.0

Today's Clue: An entertainment retailer where you won't find pizza.
I tried "The Hut" but it didn't work. Perhaps it is because it is near the change-over for the next clue.0 -
Anybody won a Cadbury's hamper yet? I'd love to get one of those.0

I did 'The Hut' and it works fine. Maybe because I did it on the day at 10.30am0
