has anyone redeemed points for an amazon voucher lately?

Just wondering how long mine might take, i know it says around 14 days but in my experience Ipoints are pretty useless at everything!
(they still owe me 1250 ipoints from Hilarys blinds- I've waited 65 days now :mad:, they've told me I need to wait I need to wait 90 days! :eek:. And to top it off the blinds cost a fortune, weren't that great quality and the salesman was was the most name dropping snivelling little rat I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. He also took 3 hours to measure, another 4 hours when he came back to fit the blinds, one of which turned out to be broken and the wrong size casuing him to scratch up all the brand new paintwork :mad:. worse 1250 ipoints I've earnt. or not earnt I should say!)

This has been my experience also, they've done it twice with insurance quotes (still waiting for 7,150 points from home insurance - been 100days now). They say on website 'usually in 30days but in some rare cases may take longer' yet 3 months or more now seems to be the norm

Same with rewards, have been waiting more than 2 weeks for a DVD from Sendit, if thats Sendit's usual service am glad I don't buy from them. Have used ipoints a lot in the past but the service has gone terrible in 2008 and so in 2009 am going to switch to using other sites - any suggestions appreciated.

I completely agree, last year I had no problems with them at all but this year they are quite shabby.
I use mosty survey sites now to get vouchers. I use Toluna but I wouldn't recommend them at all, have seen lots of complaints on here and I've been waiting 2 weeks already for a voucher that I'm not sure will arrive at all (if other peopls comments are anything to go by). Lightspeed are quick to redeem as are Valued Opinions- Amazon e-vouchers have arrived either immediately or within just a few hours.

After all that- my Ipoints Amazon voucher arrived this morning
Took just less than one week which is brilliant! :T
