Sendit owe me some money that I have being trying to get for several months now. They don't reply to the emails and if they do they just say it is being passed to the correct department and will get back to me (which of course they don't).

Perhaps they are in trouble and may be going into administration soon

I think ipoints are wonderful, but I would not leave big amounts of points in the account - cash them in!.... and spend the vouchers you have.... any firms could fold at any moment.......

I agree, I was trying to order a childs toy from Amazon through ipoints
and gave up. I managed to order a book though. You keep having to go
back until the order appears at the bottom of the page. I wish it would take you to the proper Amazon site, it would be much easier.
