I think Maximiles have recently changed the company they use for vouchers, I ordered a Sainsburys one in October and it came but a completely different name on it.

A lot of people save points to cash in at Christmas so I always tend to cash all mine in in late Nov or early Dec to be safe.

Aww come on mate mistakes happen. Even the best of companies can get things wrong. I two have not had some vouchers infact some prezzies I was needing for xmas. The company i ordered them from said 2 weeks and its been nearly 4 and nothing so I ended up buying amazon to replace them but it happens and HMV I ordered 4 days ago and nothing has come yet my amazon from the same day has come. Hoping HMV will come tomo as one was a CD for mum to listen to xmas day but if it does not it does not. Maybe next time order even earlier? That is what I think about the ones I have not had. I am sure they will sort out the replacement ones or sort your points back. If not then you need to be posting and letting us know. I cashed my last one as an e voucher tend to prefer them when I can as they come faster lol. Hope you get sorted x

Were your vouchers all for the same shops or different ones? Maybe they are coming in different envelopes.I claimed spud shillings vouchers 1x£5 Arcadia & 1x £10 leisure at the same time a few weeks ago and they have come in seperate envelopes.The £5 came on Monday & the £10 today.

Thanks for the replies.

I ordered them all from one store, there were supposed to be 5 sets in total and only one arrived. I was charged for the full 5 sets. I took years to build up that total as I don't tend to shop alot or take up bets as I don't have much money in the first place (or time). So I was upset that I'd effectively lost a few thousand points.

I have contacted Maximiles who have apologised and looked into it. I have been told they'd try to get them to me in time for Christmas- I hope the post comes early on Monday because I'm not usually in when it does arrive and if it goes to the sorting office I wont be able to collect anything until way after Christmas which is again disappointing. I know it was a bit late to order but I had assumed the best without thinking!

RESULT!!

Vouchers (the rest of them) arrived today in the post, special delivery Big relief! I guess I take (some of) it all back- they do have a decent customer service team (I'm guessing it's not the same team that put the vouchers into envelopes though!)

Hi, I'm new to Maximiles and have been watching a few of the videos but they don't seem to be crediting? And they also don't say how many points per video watch? Can anyone help please?

Generally videos are worth 5 points each.

Are you logging your votes?

Once you have chosen the number of stars you want to award a video, underneath is a "strip" (above the previous and next "strips") that says something like click to vote. You need to click on that for your vote to be registered and to credit to your account.
