So disappointed!

After many years of being on Maximiles, I tried to trade in some of my points for some vouchers in time for Christmas gifts.

The vouchers arrived today, I had ordered and been charged for several sets of £15 vouchers.
Inside the envelope was a full...£15. No multiple vouchers- despite being charged for all them, just the one set, no explaination, nothing.

I have made a complaint to maximiles but as the final postal date has been and gone, I doubt I'll get these in time for Christmas. That's my gift idea down the drain. Wont be relying on this company for anything again!
