The Natwest app is about as useful as a chocolate teapot anyway. All you can do is look at your account balance, see a mini statement, and transfer funds between other Natwest accounts that you have.
If you can access the App you can access the full site to use your online banking account which is far more useful.
Now if you want to see a really good banking App, I have a Bank of America account because I still get some of my wages in dollar cheques. That app lets me take a photo of the cheque and deposit it without physically taking it into a bank in the U.S. I can also pay bills.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

At least Natwest offer a proper banking app unlike HSBC.

I think the Windows Phone NatWest app is fantastic. It does all I want and the GetCash facility is simply brilliant. Used it recently when I'd gone shopping and had forgotten my wallet.

I like the way the app shows lists of transactions straight off where the website shows you just a few and then you have to select more options to see further transactions. I often use the mobile app in preference to using website.

Maybe the Windows Phone app is better than the iPhone version? I used to have an iPhone and there was no functional GetCash facility and you did indeed only get a mini statement.

    Seems fully functional to me.
