I am trying to relist the item which is ok but just cant seem to work out how to report someone! Anyone know?

Luckily I came here to find out the score before posting.

You'll also have to report them as a non paying bidder to get your final value fee back.

Thanks. I have emailed ebay and told them wht happened and asked for my listing fee back. Have also relisted my item as UK buyers and paypal account holders only.

Make sure you tick the box that says credit card on file too.
Only post to a confirmed paypal address.

And when you do sell it make sure you send it special delivery with enough insurance to cover the cost of the phone.

The last thing you want is it to be lost in the post and you are not covered for a full refund.
