Personally I'd have just cancelled their bid and blocked them. I'd rather receive something for my item than go through all the rigmarole of non paying bidder forms, relisting the item, waiting again...
TBH wasn't really sure how to do it! Although I have changed my settings now so folk with NPD in the last few months cant bid

Oh and they still haven't paid, or responded to my message!!

The 'strongest' blocks is to set 2 NPB strikes in past 12 months, my logs show I have blocked a lot of potential bidders/ time wasters that way.

Yeah that's what I have done thanks :)

they still haven't paid either - so at 8:50 tonight I will be opening a case. I have sent them a message which they haven't replied to - I may send another one just to be on the safe side. It's annoying really - could have done with those pennies!

I wouldn't bother with messages, they serve no purpose.

Ever thought that they might have gone away for the weekend and not have access to or the inclination to use the internet?

You seem to be in an awful hurry to raise an NPB. 2 days is the minimum time before raising one, not a mandatory point.

If you tried to NPB me at the 2 day point, I would take great delight in giving you a negative and very low stars.

Which would almost certainly be removed by ebay as malicious.

Read the Opening post- this is not as clear as you think it is.

!!!!!! - Post your ebay username because you have won a place on my blocked bidders list. I suspect many others would like to offer you a similar prize.

And how would you check that I gave the correct name?

If all that think I should be blocked post their ebay ID I will make sure that I never bid or buy anything that you advertise.

Only fair really that it works both ways.
