TBH wasn't really sure how to do it! Although I have changed my settings now so folk with NPD in the last few months cant bidPersonally I'd have just cancelled their bid and blocked them. I'd rather receive something for my item than go through all the rigmarole of non paying bidder forms, relisting the item, waiting again...
Oh and they still haven't paid, or responded to my message!!0 -

The 'strongest' blocks is to set 2 NPB strikes in past 12 months, my logs show I have blocked a lot of potential bidders/ time wasters that way.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The 'strongest' blocks is to set 2 NPB strikes in past 12 months, my logs show I have blocked a lot of potential bidders/ time wasters that way.

they still haven't paid either - so at 8:50 tonight I will be opening a case. I have sent them a message which they haven't replied to - I may send another one just to be on the safe side. It's annoying really - could have done with those pennies!0 -

You seem to be in an awful hurry to raise an NPB. 2 days is the minimum time before raising one, not a mandatory point.
