Orange upgrade woes!
My contract is now exactly 45 days from its end. Orange say that I can upgrade! Yay. I currently have their iPhone and iPad connected deal and have been happy for the 2 years (less 45 days). So the orange website says that I can upgrade, the sales team say that I can upgrade but when I get through to someone in the upgrade team... No. Apparently they have to 'disassociate' the connected iPad and iPhone which takes 2 weeks, then another 30 days (estimated) for delivery.... So I can't actually upgrade at all now can I?
Just venting.... Been on the phone for over an hour holding until I get told that.
