Not if what you tell them is true - that you did the repair as he requested, two years later you have started receiving abusive emails.
**Good, that's me subscribed and hopefully adding usefully to the discussion**
BTW - if the dog attacked it last time, is it made from an animal product??Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -

Thx, Ill try & do that ASAP, as they've said they'll have to pay out more to "take it to a professional."
It was made of natural materials, but not animal-based.

Yeah, it did seem to be too good to be true, getting away with it for 20 years!
With the notable example, of course, of afore-mentioned non-payer who pretended to be dead....
BTW, it gets even better, as I'd totally forgotten to mention this at the beginning - it is apparently poised to form a crucial part of Whacko's 'case' against me - he is claiming that I have made the item resemble his neighbour :T0 -
Aren't you at all tempted to e-mail him back and ask if it resembles his neighbour now, or how his neighbour looked two years ago.0
