Hi all, firstly I would be talking to that cub leader! shocking to take it off him like that.

I am chuffed to see everyone doing so well.

I have got interest payments today from the bank and have a few small payments of 4p, £1.18, £6 and a nice locked in interest of £48.29...this puts my total up to a big nice £184.82 so Yippee :T I smashed my target :T

Some more ebaying today added £9.24. I have recently helped a friend who became homeless and it cost me lots of money in fuel, cash and food so I need to start recouping the costs now.

Good luck everyone else with the money making.

I'm going to speak to her on Monday, ask her nicely if my boy left money there. I wouldn't want to say anything if a parent has come forward claiming to have lost it!

£12.40 in vouchers through the door and £7 tesco money card for some gone off chicken still 3 days in date!

As a Explorer Scout leader I can sort of see why they took it off him (so that none of the other kids took it, so they didn't lose it etc) however they definuitely should have given it back to him at the end of the evening or to whoever was picking him up for 'safe keeping'. I'd definitely say something to them, even if you say "Just wondering if it was claimed because if not I wanted to hand it in to the police". That way even if they say they found the rightful owner at least if God forbid they have pocketed it, it means they know it has been noticed ;p "A Scout is to be trusted" and all that :)

Exactly! Even moving away from keeping the money, you could say that there's a valuable lesson in it for your son to take it to the police station.

20p roadkill and £53.20 refund on gas/ electricity when changed supplier. Makes me happy!!! Still not up there with the rest of you - but having said that a much improved challenge so far on last month. Had intended to do a car boot this weekend but due to things happening (don't they always) it's not possible. Hopefully next month or may even be August - depends when can get car and stuff organised now. Maybe I should look on the positive side as I will have more stuff sorted and will have lots more to sell. :j
