Fairy hope you are feeling better - drink lots!

MavvyMoo that is INCREDIBLE :) fingers crossed for you :)

Bit annoyed at the other half, the joint account was due to go overdrawn by £5 which incurs a £20 fine due to being just slightly short on the DD this month so asked him to transfer £5 over as I couldn't get to a machine. He assured me he had done it and rest assured he had - but a day later than he told me which meant we went overdrawn. Not impressed especially as every month I end up getting a couple of food shops out of my personal account just to keep things level! Grrrr. Got to have another look at how much we pay in and up it a bit methinks now.

On a positive note MySurvey invited me to a 3 hour survey (over three sittings of an hour each) which earned me £15 which I have asked them to paypal. Having said that I'm still waiting for the £5 from a couple of weeks ago so may need to chase and won't count it for the moment.

Got another Mr T's delivery yesterday and after three weeks can now start counting it towards my saves thanks to the delivery saver so just £3.50 to go in the pot today but have some money from TB coming later so will be back on shortly. Should be a good one this week :)

My Dad took some copper wire to the scrap yard, but he also took some copper bits I'd been car booting but that hadn't shifted. I got £17.50 in the end - but I put it all into savings jars so won't count it. Just wanted to mention it in case anyone had some lying around.

eBay buyer FINALLY paid for the dress and a BIN has sold, so I'm adding another £35, bringing my total so far to: £268.13/£150.

BF's first day at work today, fingers crossed it goes well. I've planned a very exciting day tomorrow whilst he's at work involving lots of cleaning to my standards - not too much eBay listing as I've run out of stuff/everything is listed and just needs to be relisted. BUT MY EBAY ACCOUNT IS BACK TO NORMAL AND I CAN USE FREE LISTING AGAIN.

I'm so stressed about my tribunal. The other side haven't sent their agreement wording (they're still "thinking about the wording" according to ACAS) and the tribunal is on Tuesday. So at this rate I'm still going to tribunal if they can't get their act together. ACAS told me not to bother them again but I've sent another email explaining that I had to leave the job partly due to anxiety and this is what they're doing to me now! Fingers crossed it gets sorted today.

emma i'm no expert on these things but if the tribunal goes ahead it surely will only be to confirm the offer etc? I would expect they are waiting for legal advice on the wording and so although it might seem like they are playing games with you its probably not that. Try not to stress yourself too much and remember they have already admitted they are at fault! Thats the strongest position you could ever be in xxxx

Thanks :) feeling a good bit better now :)

re the bank charges have you tried contacting them to ask for the fee to be refunded? The FSA have recommended these fees be refunded, esp when the fee takes you further into the red and results in more fees. I would say you are in a strong position for a refund as the money was lodged within one day :)

Hey, I have a question. I started a thread about it but nobody had replied. This app rating to make money... How does that work? Is it a spend money to make money kind of thing? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as i am considering it. So as not to clog this thread is it possible to PM me any info?

    Thanks, Robert
