Should have around £40 coming from Amazon for trade-ins of my old uni books, fingers crossed they are all accepted so I can add that in. Where else can I sell books? They go for so little at carboots

MinnieMousesMummy - hope everything's ok and the hospital visit wasn't anything too serious :/

CountingPennies - friendly kick (if there is such a thing) from down south :)

Got a few payments due in today so will be back later, but went to the opticians yesterday and my company paid for my eye test (result) so that's £25.00 to me. They've confirmed I need new glasses (currently been wearing contact lenses non-stop for about a year, oops) because of the computer use so HR are sending me £55 voucher towards them but won't put that on until I get it. As if that wasn't good - I did it as a mystery shop too so will get paid and reimbursed for the other part end of the month :D big smiles

Just got £25.24 from TB as well :)

So currently waiting for viewsb has just been released but first payment so no idea. GTM are being reeeeeallllly slow with the paypal part of my money (£25) and I have a cheque for £10 which went in Saturday and still hasn't cleared :/

Hello, I have something to add, yay!

£3.32 from Quidco. We also did some maths last night and we're just £90 short of having Florida paid off. That will definitely be happening this month (I've already got £25.12 and bf has £16 from our £5 a day challenge). And then we have until the end of November for all of our spending money! We also had a pizza delivered last night as part of a mystery shop. The 'medium' was £14.99...OUCH! After reimbursement and fee we're still £1 down, but £1 for a take away pizza delivered is pretty decent. We were very MSE and made our own wedges to go with it.

This is my boyfriend's first month of actually doing the challenge alongside me, and last night we set him up an e savings account so he can see the money building up. We spent 2 hours last night in the 'eBay room' finding things for the yard sale - at this rate we might need to extend it to our living room, haha. He also got a parcel of games ready for Music Magpie, a pile of things for CEX and we also emptied some large plastic drawers that I hope will sell. I've also decided to try and sell all the clothes I've been trying on eBay - there's some designer stuff in there, so I'll pop them on a clothes rack.

Does anyone have any suggestions for pricing clothes individually on a clothing rack? I'm thinking some thread through the label, with a cardboard price tag on it, but that's a lot of effort for all the clothes I have. Or should I just have a blanket "£2 for everything on the rail, 50p everything else"?

Thanks ladies.... Have spent the morning sorting out stuff for ebay. I get back from marathon on Sunday around noon so might have time to get some free listings if i arrange stuff now and take photos today  But to be honest, most of the stuff i just put 99p start price anyway. I tend to find stuff sells for more when i do 99p start price :money:

£50 (flea) market stall after costs - it was knackering!! And mainly because i decided just to get rid and sold cheaply so other traders interested. I so admire the traders who do it week in week out whatever the weather. went to bed at 9pm. need to sort through stuff now for car boot sunday. going to car boot tomorrow hopefully to make a couple of investments. someone sold me some frames at stall for £1.75 and i sold them for £3 about an hour later - super fast profit. if only it was all so easy. Stall cost £16. If anyone lives near chesterfield, it's worth a go. pm me if you want further details or just turn up there around 6.30-7am.
