PPI Success and Default

I have recently had a few successes with PPI refunds for accounts that werein default.
Do you think I could argue to get the default removed? My complaint was thatI lost my job and couldn’t work due to illness, and couldn’t make the payments, whilst all the time I had PPI and was never advised that I could claim on it.My argument would be that the account may never have defaulted if I had been advisedI could claim on a policy that I was paying for, and they have acknowledgedtheir errors as they have upheld the PPI complaint.
Also, what would happen if the account was still outstanding, and theyremoved the default? If I am in a payment arrangement with them, could they redefaultme? Also, would they just change the markers to show that it is behind onpayments?
Thanks for any advice in advance!
