Flight delay compensation received

Thank you! I received 800 euros compensation. We were delayed over 3 hours, in 2011. From start to finish the compensation process took around six weeks. I followed the directions on the main MSE site, used the template and flight stat info. The airline accepted my complaint and credited my bank account.
