Does anyone know the number to call to check allowances on contract on O2?

I was recently with O2 and checked recent calls/allowances via O2 Online Billing (I was not an O2 Online customer). It was at http://accountmanagement.o2.co.uk
They seem to have taken the registration option down , but advise you to call their customer services team.
If you're expecting something like T-mobile's allowance checking, then think again. O2's system aren't quite as up to date as T-mobile's and calls/texts and especially data usage can take quite a while to show up on the system.0 -
Oh and as far as I know, there's no automated phone number to call to check allowances, unlike T-mobile's system.0
