Sky's 50% Off Code - Not working for existing Broadband/Phone customer??

I currently have Sky Phone and broadband, no TV whatsoever.
Yet it's telling me that I can't use the MSE 50% off Sky code on the order page.
Despite the TOS on the VoucherCode website saying that it's not available to Sky+ enable households. Doesn't say anything about existing customers not being able to take the offer at all.
Any idea why?
