Mobile phone provider with the 'best' customer service?

I currently use Orange. Sheesh, what a pain they are to deal with on a customer support level.
Truly a nightmare.
This got me thinking - which of the mobile phone companies is the best to deal with from a customer service point of view (ie getting a quick and polite answer, general helpfulness, NOT keeping you hanging on and listening to assorted music for 45 minutes or more ........ etc)?
Or are they all equally awful?

In a recent Which report , Tesco came out top for pay-monthly customer service, followed by Talkmobile (surprisingly), O2 and Virgin.0

I think they all have there horror stories plus i think it all depends on were you live as well
I also think it don't matter which company you ring there is always that press this number for this or that.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.

they can all be pretty bad and its often a case of luck.
i've generally found vodafone pretty good, but there are plenty of others who would rate them the worst0
