Hi Folks

Does anyone have an email address to which I can send a complaint?

I've tried writing to no avail, and the email addresses which I've found so far, seem to be out of date.

When I had trouble with unsolicited texts, I used the contact form on their website... http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/service/contact-us/email/products/

The email response came from...CustomerServices@t-mobile.co.uk

Thankyou - unfortunately they only let you use a maximum number of characters and I have lots to say! lol

The CEO is called Olaf Swantee.

Email addresses take the format firstname.surname@ee.co.uk.

Well still nothing, no bags, no replies to any mail either letter, email.

Funny thing is they can send out a bill that can get to my address only 5 days after receiving the phone, and wanting payment within 5 days, but the silver bags can't find me?

How strange.

Olaf Swantee email will be taken by the exec team.
They only work Monday to Friday 9 to 5.... and I have a feeling if you've not gone all the way through the CS complains process they'll just pass the email over to a team leader in CS...
