Hi,

What it is, is that I have talktalk mobile sim for £10.00 every month by direct debit however what will happen if I cancel my direct debit? will anything happen to my tv,phone and broadband? if I cancel the talktalk mobile direct debit will talktalk suspended my tv, phone and broadband as well?

It's just I am struggling to pay the £10.00 for mobile sim this fortnight as I got a lot to pay out, I can pay my tv,phone and broadband and talktalk debit from my direct debit on 03.06.2013 for them 3.

but my question is, what will happen if I don't pay my sim? will anything happen to my other service with talktalk even I am paying for them 3?

Any help would be great thank you :)

Post your question on the Talk Talk forum (access via the TT web site) or phone Talk Talk to get their response. The phone call is the quickest way of finding out.

One thing will happen if it's a contract and you aren't passed the mininum term and given proper notice to cancel; you're credit history will be trashed and then nobody will supply any of those services in the future.

Hi, I have just joined this mobile contract but if I cancel it would any of my tv,phone and broadband be ok?

It depends on the t&c for the contracts - but probably not. In any case, you will have far worse problems as a result of not paying and for years to come. You are worried about the chocolate while the food will disappear.

Cancelling your DD does not cancel your contract. Charges will continue to accrue, and eventually you will get a default and a trashed credit file, as mentioned above.

Hi, I realise that no one is answering your specific question but you seem too focussed on the immediate problem and not looking at the bigger picture.

It may be for the time being that it would not affect your other accounts but it would total stupidity to wreck your credit file for the sake of what may end up being one payment of £10 .

    Hi,

Thanks for your messages guys, I rang up just now and I cancelled my direct debit and I stated to them that I am going to pay on the 12th of next month.

Also she stated that my other service won't be affected since I am paying them :)

Lets hope up doesn't get reported as a missed payment even though it's only delayed.
