Hi, this reply is to all here, I am a current Pine cone research panelist where I complete surveys for points, then added up points I can choose how I would like to cash out . I have been a member for about 2 years now as of October 2014 I just stooped getting emails, no surveys no nothing, I figure ok since I used to get a survey almost everyday maybe they will change how frequent I get them well it's been over 3 months still nothing, I contacted them email several times no response, I called them 3 times no response, I did some research and found they work with Nielsen research I contacted them to contact pine cone still nothing, ok if you don't want people to complete surveys anymore at least let us redeem out points, and cash out, pine cone works different from others they send you an email in the email you get a used and password then you log in that's how they do it, my next step is to file a complaint my points add up to at least $200.00 cash, I usually cash out games for my kids, especial this year I have no money for presents I figure I will hit surveys hard now I am at a total loss. This is BS I am !!!!ed. I will be filing my complaint soon with the BBB, consumer affairs, Attorney General, etc. Any help would be great thanks.

Have you tried to log into you account direct on their site?

I can confirm that I can login with no problems so just try the site and see what happens.

I've received the following from Pinecone.

"In reviewing your record, I’ve noticed that you have not been able to complete several recent product evaluation studies. Periodically, we remove names from the database of those we have not heard from on a regular basis.
Your name is on the list of those who may soon be removed. We’d like to keep you on our panel and can only do that if you respond to our surveys. We value your time, your privacy and your opinions and hope that you will consider continuing your participation with us."

Obviously I will try harder, but do end up missing some surveys before they close.

Is there a minimum number of surveys per month they will accept without kicking you out?

Strange that, I've had the same except they said that as I hadn't responded to several surveys and requests that I had lost all my earnings £30 worth!! Not happy, currently arguing with Karen Scott but she ain't shifting, last did a household survey in January but they aren't applicable so hence they ahve taken all my earnings from me!! :mad::mad::mad::mad: Mad ain't the word!
