Perhaps, like the reduction from £4 to £3, the system they use varies according to when you joined?

I just used the advice here to find that I have payments from Pinecone but I have not received any money - they don't have my Paypal address anyway - and I don't see any way to redeem the cash/vouchers. I've sent an email to ask but - help! Does anyone have any ideas? (I've been joined up for less than a month if that changes anything).0

I get a £3 Paypal payment the day after I complete any surveys. Simple really.0

Took me a while to find out how to cash-out to PayPal using the new rewards points
Incase anyone is struggling finding the PayPal cash-out option it's listed in: Gifts>Payment Options in the View Rewards Categories drop down menu.0 -
