JSA error no money for a month! HELP NEEDED

Options
Recently I've had to open a JSA claim..I opened up on the 20/05/13 online and missed their call so I rang them back Thursday..was on hold for 45 minutes and didn't manage to get through to anyone. Friday I got though to them and they booked me in for the following Tuesday 28/05/13 at my local job centre. On the same day literally 15 minutes after ended the call to JSA..I get a phonecall from my local jobcentre saying the documents from the JSA they've recieved have come through as a blank document, so i have to restart my claim all again. Today I went to the JSA centre and they've got down my claim started from the 20th but theyve remade me fill in a paper application. When I asked them when I will be paid, they told me paper applications can take upto a month and are longer. So it probably won't be until my second JSA sign on date on the 20th June. That's pretty much a month for the original date. I won't have any money for a month and really this is down to their error.
When I took this up with the advisor she just said i could apply for a loan..but that didn't seem helpful as i don't intend to stay on JSA and today alone I've applied for 25 jobs through various sites.

What rights do I have and can I do anything??

I was in a very similar situation, except I was trying to apply for Income JSA as I knew my contributions had a gap from when I was ill. Needless to say an advisor manually wrote CONTRIBUTION ONLY on my app despite this. As a result I went 6 weeks without money.
Nothing you can do as far as I am aware.

I tried to get an advanced payment but my local Jobcentre office didnt know how to process it (WHAT??) and they refused to give me information about hardship payments....
