Indeed, I know of two other people and additionally myself who were all approved for Three contracts within weeks of being discharged from bankruptcy or DROs.

Although Three are certainly one of the easiest. O2 and T-Mobile, IME, are the strictest, they wouldn't let me have a contract without a deposit even with a flawless credit file

I think Virgin Mobile might be the easiest - the approved me for a contract phone back along as an undischarged bankrupt! No deposit necessary :eek:
